Joel Salatin - The Lunatic Farmer

Joel Salatin calls himself a Christian libertarian environmentalist capitalist lunatic farmer.
Others who like him call him the most famous farmer in the world, the high priest of the pasture, and the most eclectic thinker from Virginia since Thomas Jefferson. Those who don’t like him call him a bio-terrorist, Typhoid Mary, charlatan, and starvation advocate.
With a room full of debate trophies from high school and college days, 12 published books, and a thriving multi-generational family farm, he draws on a lifetime of food, farming and fantasy to entertain and inspire audiences around the world. He’s as comfortable moving cows in a pasture as addressing CEOs in a Wall Street business conference.
On his family farm in the Shenandoah Valley, Polyface Farms, Joel produces meat he describes as "beyond organic", which are raised using what the farm describes as environmentally responsible, ecologically beneficial, sustainable agriculture.
Joel has been featured in National Geographic, Smithsonian, Omnivore’s Dilemma, Food Inc. and many others.
Dr. Trevor Wilkins - The Angry Viking Therapist

Twenty years in uniformed public safety — law enforcement, fire, EMS, and dispatch — working specialized high-risk assignments. I left the job on a medical separation, and I know exactly what the back end of this career looks like from the inside.
Then I went and got the education to do something about it.
I am a licensed clinician, an Associate Fellow of the Albert Ellis Institute (a distinction held by few worldwide), and EMDR certified under the late Dr. E.C. Hurley, who did foundational work on combat trauma with operators and veterans.
What that combination buys your agency is simple. Your people can tell in about five minutes whether the person in front of them has been where they have been. I have — and I can back it with the clinical training to do the work properly instead of just relating to it.

Master of Ceremonies - Matt Berthot

A native midwestern small town boy, who chose a path of educating the youth of Kansas. Honing his skills through years of intimately teaching his students to sing , he’s seen the deep personal changes in the children he’s taught in confidence, their ability to interact with the world, and while his children won’t all be super star singers and performers they will leave their time with him thoroughly grounded with their personal voice.
He is now taking his talents to help current, developing, and aspiring leaders to find their voices. The tools he’s equipped his students with to use their voices as vocal athletes directly translates to his ability to teach high performers to communicate more effectively, while also finding the magic where those leaders will leave their audiences magnetically drawn to them, and finding the message resonating.
