Q: What is Kaleb House?
A: Kaleb House is a residential recovery program providing a safe home-like environment for families and child survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. Our goal is to provide a biblical covering through redemption and love while preparing them for long-term success. We are dedicated to helping provide resources and tools for restoring the heart so life can become whole, wounds are healed, and hope is brought back.
Q: How much is registration?
A: In-person 12 years old and up: $250
In-person Child 5-12 years old: $99 Children under 5 years old: Free
Remote Rucker: $99
Q: What does registration include?
A: In Person: Full schedule of events available on "Schedule" tab. Welcome bag with vendor swag. Event t-shirt and patch. Lunch included Thursday and Friday.
Remote: Ruck Patch mailed to you, opportunity to purchase Ruckus exclusive merch, media access (details to come).
Q: Are there Ruck Levels this year?
A: While we are not doing sign up commitments for Ruck levels this year, there will still be levels available at weigh in with "Rank" patches for purchase.
Q: How far is the ruck?
A: The ruck is a 5k through downtown Fayetteville, AR
Q: Do you have hotel or accommodations recommendations?
A: The Graduate is the nearest hotel. More accommodations recommendations coming soon.
Q: Do my kids need to register for the event?
A: Child tickets are required for children 5-12 years old, children under 5 years old are free but please add a note on your adult ticket that you will have a child with you.
Q: Is there required attire?
A: No. However, the event is indoor-outdoor so bring clothing appropriate for the temperatures.
Q: I don't own a rucksack.To be able to participate in the Ruckus, do I need a rucksack or can I borrow/rent one?
A: You do not have to have a military-style rucksack. You can use a backpack or any other bag you own to carry the weight you sign up to ruck with.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY! The location we are using has a Service Animals only policy.
Q: Can we bring rifles and/or pistols and open carry?
A: All Arkansas gun laws MUST be followed. There will be designated security on-site so attendees do not have to fill that role. We strongly encourage NO RIFLES during the Ruck so as not to detract from the mission of Kaleb House.
